4 FAU Small Business Seminars for Entrepreneurs

Florida Atlantic University Small Business Development Center will hold the following seminar topics for those thinking about creating a Florida small business. Certified business analyst Ken Stephanz will teach all of the following seminars. Three out of four of these Florida business seminars are free!

Sept. 3,  “How to Stay Out of Trouble When Starting Your New Business” from 5 to 7 pm at the Fellsmere Community Center, 56 N. Broadway St. Free.

Sept. 12, “Marketing Your Service Business” 2 to 4 pm at the Treasure Coast campus of FAU in Port St. Lucie. Free.

Sept. 17,  “How to Write a Business Plan Clinic” from 5 to 9 pm at FAU’s Treasure Coast campus in Port St. Lucie. $50.

Sept. 23, “Introduction to Business Plan,” from 5 to 7 p.m. in the conference room at the North County Library in Sebastian. Free.

Attending these free Florida seminars is always a good idea if you have the time. Three out of four are free and I’ve found that I learn something every time I go. Sometimes more than others… but always there is some good information on some topic I haven’t researched thoroughly.
